Hullo everyone! New recruit from New York, decided that Pinellas Canton is the best place for me. I am a 38yo female who works from home, and I will be living alone. I have two kittens and have a domicile plant nursery business so I would need some infinite exterior for vertical container growing. I am not rich! and exercise NOT want to repeat the hellish, suicide-inducing lifestyle I suffered my whole life in the city and so I will NOT live in an apartment or duplex or live with anyone. I would prefer a firm or mobile home of my own and can afford up to $900/mo. including utilities. I really can't afford to own though.

My question is, does any 1 know of a good reputable trailer park in Pinellas County? I have bad credit as of last month and simply need to movement out of this hellhole asap so I'd dear to find a trailer or cottage there I could count on without searching identify afterward place and signing things all to exist denied due to bad credit. I'm really a overnice and friendly person, thanks so much!

I live in a Mobile Home only non in Pinellas County. I live in Polk County nigh 1 hour West of Pinellas. I checked all over when I was ownership a home in Florida. I besides checked Pinellas. My primary criteria for where I would country was affordability. Lot rents are very loftier in much of Florida, and that was the deal breaker for me. The closer I got to the coast the higher the price. Plus I felt wind damage would be worse along the declension. I would also probably find information technology difficult to find home insurance also. I as well didn't think I wanted the heavy congestion of Pinellas County. So I had to settle for further inland, and I knew I would have to go against some of my criteria. Which I did to keep things affordable. Fifty-fifty in this area of Florida just east of Tampa. The lot rents are $500 and $600 a calendar month. Believe me when I say nothing much is included in the Lot Rent. Certainly not electricity. Proceed in listen electricity is loftier in this state, and will cost more than in a mobile, specially an older home. Water, Sewage, Lawn care, Trash Pickup, is all paid by the home owner. Naught is included in the Monthly Lot rent to the Park. I think information technology is like that in much of Florida'due south Mobile Dwelling Parks. Perhaps in that location is some where the lot hire includes something, but I never found many.

Every bit far as Credit. That was strange. Getting approving to live in the park took a good two weeks. It would have gone on longer, but I told them. What's the hold up for such a simple process. Then I got a call I was approved. I had to requite 2 months of income statements from the Bank. Plus copies of statements from my bodily income sources. I had no credit problems, or background problems, so I still cannot empathise why information technology is such a slow process. When I moved into the park it struck me as even stranger. I couldn't understand how some residents passed a check. Several have been told to movement out because they are problem people. Would you lot believe problem people, and I am in a 55+ park.

Then practise your homework carefully on moving into a Mobile Home Park. There are pro's and con's. As an investment, there actually is no investment. There is no markup on them, and homes go very cheap down here. In almost instances you won't make much if anything if you sell it.

So in conclusion. I just couldn't find anything in the areas you are interested in, all the same for me it was strictly cost every bit to where I would alive in Florida.

I'm sorry I wrote this equally if you were ownership, and I run into you want to rent. That makes information technology a little different. You could probably rent a mobile In Pinellas for what y'all ask, but with the electricity and monthly rent. I would think it would get over $900 a month. Peculiarly if you live here year round. Y'all would also take to find a rental that is year round, considering if it someone that rents on a seasonal basis. I'm almost positive the rent would be over $900 alone.

I have to agree with Jimrob1. While there are some very nice 55+ mobile parks in Pinellas, the family type parks tend to be a bit seedy. I don't know if I would recommend a family park for a unmarried woman. While you can probably find a minor house for effectually $900, about none volition include electric. A landlord could lose a parcel if a renter cranked upwardly the a/c in the summer. Some areas in Largo, Pinellas Park or St Pete might have small cottages. But ordinarily cheap rents equal not and so nice neighborhoods. You lot might want to consider going further n (Pasco, Hernando) or south (Manatee) or even areas of Hillsborough canton. Pinellas county is so congenital up, rents are high. And with the loftier demand for rentals now, your credit issue will work against you.

I hope you can notice what you're looking for and take a happy life hither in Florida.

The only style to make information technology affordable is to buy the home. That's anywhere. So all you pay is mayhap $350 to $600 a calendar month for lot rental, plus your usual electric, internet, phone, etc. These parks are about the only perk in that location is to getting sometime :] We're currently in Volusia county simply are moving to St. Pete shortly, and I have constitute a lot of 55+ parks w/ these types of lot rental prices, and so I am non articulate on why the poster higher up found the lot rents so expensive in Pinellas County. This website is practiced for looking all this upwardly, and there are other web sites too.

Commonly, getting park approval takes merely a day or 2 at the most, so 2 weeks to run simple background and credit checks shows there may be a problem due west/ a park. Nosotros've been living in 55+ parks for eight years now, and they're repose and good for those on a budget, although living among and then many old folks can feel strange. We're old but still active, and it helps to just have neighbor blazon relations w/ the park people and make your friends "on the outside".

Probably the only way to rent w/ bad credit is to detect an individual that is renting a unit. Corporations volition usually be picky on this. And yes, if the rent is cheap in Pinellas, there's probably a good reason. It's surely in a bad expanse. I was in St. Pete recently to see if it was a expert place for us to move to (information technology looks bang-up) and noticed that the rents for apartments and homes were much higher than Volusia county. The only way we will exist able to afford living in that location is in the senior parks, and it looks like there are at least 21 of them from the website I linked to above, so something will surely fall into place for us.
