Fish fingers formula

  • cup bread crumbs operating theater pulverized poha

To marinate

  • 250 grams fillet
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste operating theatre ginger and garlic powders
  • ½ tsp red chili powder or paprika (skip if spice powder already has it)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ¾ tbsp lemon tree juice
  • ¾ tsp garam masala powder or any spice pulverisation
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves , delicately chopped OR any fresh surgery dried herbs
  • 1 egg (for deep frying, skip for grilling)

Cooking for fish fingers

  • Add ginger garlic, Bolshevik chili powder, pepper, salt, lemon juice, garam masala and mint to a mixture bowling ball.

  • Mix totally of them and taste this. Add more salt if needed.

  • Add an egg to this and whisk with a fork. Set this aside.

  • Gargle the fish comfortably and remove the cutis if possible. Pat them dry.

  • Cut finger size strips. Do not make tenuous strips.

  • Add the Fish and marinate it well.

  • Place each Pisces the Fishes put together complete the bread crumbs and coat them well.

  • Earmark for 2 to 3 mins.

How to pee fish fingers

  • For grilling: Preheat oven at 180 C. Prepare a tray by greasing or liner with a baking sheet.

  • Place the fish pieces on the prepared tray. Bake them for 15 to 20 mins.

  • The last 5 mins I commit the oven to 150 C. This gives a better crust. At one time cooked, the anoint begins to ooze out somewhat from the fish, this is when I get the fish out of the oven.

  • For deep sauteing: Pour oil in a deep pan and heat IT.
